Q1. How long does it take for my goods to
get transferred?
A1. It depends on the amount of goods and the location
to which you want it to get transferred. It could take between 1 day
if it’s local shifting to 7 days if its any metro city shifting

A2. Apart from taking utmost care during packing
of goods they are also insured against any damage or theft.

do you provide?

Q4. What kind of material do you use
for packing and transporting goods?
A4. We use packing material like cardboard, vinyl,
plastic bubbles, adhesive tapes, foam, polythene, rubber
sheets, corrugated sheets, corrugated boxes, wooden crates etc
to pack the goods depending on its size and weight.
Q5. How much time does it take
for a pre-transit survey at my home?
A5. Usually three hours.
Q6. What is the mode of payment?
A6. It is very flexible depending on your convenience. We accept cash (individuals), cheque (companies).
Q7. Do we accept industrial goods, exports packing consignments?
A7. Yes we do accept them as we have the expertise required for handling
them.
Q8. How is the insurance amount calculated?
A8. On the declared value, which can be calculated easily with assistant
of our executive.
Q9. What are the documents needed during the moving
process?
A9. We require documents like transfer letter or joining
letter and copy of RC book for your concerned vehicle during the
moving process.
Q10. What are goods that cannot be loaded on the
vehicle?
A10. Some possessions like pets, Liquids/Oils, inflammable
items will not be allowed to be loaded on the vehicle.
